Section 1: Project Terms

Project Terms: All estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your requirements and as per the given time-frame. Any changes to the functionality, including micro-improvements, may incur additional costs accordingly. Please ensure and clarify our understanding in a face-to-face meeting.

  • By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of EThereal Intellect. Acceptance can be verbal, by email, payment of initiation, or signing a quote.
  • Clients must ensure that we have included all requirements in the quotes/proposals/estimates and that we fully understand their requirements. Clear guidelines along with the flow or specific details must be provided. If such details are not provided, we will proceed with our understanding of the requirements and quote accordingly. Later discrepancies may lead to additional costs.
  • Complexities related to specific tasks must be advised in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes. Discrepancies due to unclear requirements will not be borne by EThereal Intellect.
  • There are limited man-hours allocated to each task, including Project Management and Digital Strategist/Business Analyst. Minor changes may be included within the allocated hours on a case-by-case basis.
  • EThereal Intellect will make every effort to complete the project/changes in the given timeframe. Reasonable delays are accepted if functionalities are redefined or modified.
  • Client delays may delay the project, proposed timeframes, and may incur additional costs.
  • Bugs (programming errors) reported during or immediately after development do not attract additional charges.
  • Re-work on completed tasks or changes in design after approval will incur additional charges.
  • Modifications requested during development or after Go-Live approval will incur additional charges. All additional work beyond estimates is charged separately. EThereal Intellect is not liable for delays caused by changes in the project brief.
  • Website/application content and related materials must be provided within the first two weeks of starting the project. Delays may result in project delays and additional costs.
  • Websites/applications are tested on PCs and include recent versions of IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Testing on other browsers requires advance notice.
  • Responsive/multi-device compatible web pages are tested on iPhone and iPads. Testing on other devices requires prior discussion.

    Payment Structure: Our payment structure is divided into two phases:

    50% Payment Before Deployment: An advance payment is required before we start the development and deployment of your website. 50% Payment After Deployment: The remaining balance is due upon completion and deployment of your website.

    Refund Policy: As we strive to offer the best price for our customized website development services, no refunds are applicable once the website is deployed. We commit to delivering high-quality, ad-free websites as per your customization requirements. Should any issues arise post-deployment, we offer ongoing support to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

    Starting at just ₹1299, we offer a fully customized 4-page website package, including a landing page. Our services include:

    Features included: Smooth animations for an interactive user experience. Contact forms for seamless communication.

    Professionally designed header, footer, and structure based on your requirements. We host your website on Neocities for free or assist with paid hosting based on your choice. Every website is crafted from scratch to meet your specific demands.

    For more extensive or feature-rich websites, design charges will be discussed during consultation. Let us help bring your vision to life!

    Section 4: Privacy Policy

    At Ethereal Intellect, we respect and prioritize the privacy of our visitors and users. This Privacy Policy outlines the practices followed by us regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information when using our services.

    1. Personal Data Collection: We do not collect or retain any personal data after the deployment of your website. Any information shared with us during the development process is only used to build your site and is not stored beyond the necessary duration of the project.

    2. Data Usage: Any data shared with us, such as email addresses or contact forms, is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your project needs. Once the project is completed, all such data is deleted from our records.

    3. Cookies Ethereal Intellect does not use cookies to track user behavior or store any personal information on your device.

    4. Third-Party Services: We do not share your personal information with third parties. If your website integrates with any third-party tools or services (such as payment gateways, social media, or analytics), those services will have their own privacy policies. We recommend you review their terms and conditions.

    5. Security: We take reasonable measures to ensure your data is secure during the development process. We use industry-standard security practices to protect any sensitive information provided during the project, such as login details or design assets.

    6. Data Retention: Ethereal Intellect does not store any personal data once the website is deployed. All personal data, if shared, is erased promptly after the project completion.

    7. Changes to the Privacy Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

    Section 5: Domain, Hosting, and others

    Domain: Our starting price of ₹1299 does not include a custom domain. A custom domain must be purchased separately. However, a free subdomain will be provided by the hosting service provider, depending on the selected hosting plan.

    Hosting: We offer two hosting options: free and paid. Paid hosting includes additional features, and some plans may also provide a free custom domain. The specifics will be discussed based on your requirements. For free hosting, only a subdomain is provided. After the first website deployment, any further modifications - whether minimal or extensive - will be charged at reasonable rates, with annual plans available for ongoing maintenance.

    Section 6: Blogger cum website - terms of use and privacy policy

    1. Scope of Services: I offer website design and development services using Blogger by Google. This includes setup, layout customization, and content integration based on the client’s requirements. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope (e.g., advanced customizations, third-party integrations) may incur extra charges.
    2. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely materials, including content, images, and Blogger account access credentials, to ensure smooth project completion. Maintaining the Blogger account (login, security, and hosting) after project handover is the client’s responsibility.
    3. Ownership: Upon completion and payment, ownership of the website, including content and customizations, transfers to the client. As Blogger is a third-party platform by Google, its features, limitations, and policies remain outside my control.
    4. Revisions: I provide up to two rounds of minor revisions after the initial delivery. Additional revisions or changes may incur extra charges.
    5. Limitation of Liability: I am not responsible for technical issues, policy changes, or downtime on Blogger’s platform because these are managed and controlled by Google, which operates independently of my services. Clients are encouraged to regularly back up their website content to avoid data loss, as Blogger may implement changes or experience outages without prior notice.
    6. Changes to Policy: These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.

    I provide lifetime hosting for websites built on Blogger by Google, a platform that offers free and reliable hosting without any additional costs for connecting a custom domain. These websites are developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring flexibility and functionality within the Blogger ecosystem.

    The one-time payment covers website creation and customization charges only. Any future updates or advanced changes beyond the initial scope may require additional fees.

    1. Data Collection

      I collect necessary information such as login credentials for Blogger, content, and images to create and customize the website. All data provided by the client will be used solely for the purpose of completing the project.

    2. Data Security

      I take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your data while it is in my possession. However, I am not liable for unauthorized access or breaches on the Blogger platform itself.

    3. Third-Party Services

      Blogger is a third-party platform by Google, and its data collection and privacy practices are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. Clients are encouraged to review Google's policies for clarity.

    4. Data Retention

      I do not retain client login credentials or personal information after the project is delivered unless explicitly requested for ongoing maintenance services.

    5. Confidentiality

      All client data, including website content and account details, will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without explicit consent.

    6. Changes to Policy

      These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
